- We only accept an unworn, unwashed returned product with original tags within 15 days of purchase.
- We offer an exchange for the wrong sizes delivered from our end. We also offer an exchange if the customer does not fit in their ordered sizes. In this case, the customer will have to pay delivery charges to the courier company for pick and drop.
- Please return goods if the products are found damaged or defective at the time of delivery only.
- The customer needs to return the product via traceable delivery .i.e courier or registered post on his own expense to our provided address. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
- We only accept any unworn or unwashed product with original tags within 07 days of purchase for a return.
- The bank transfer fee will have to be bear by the customer.
