- We only accept an unworn, unwashed returned product with original tags within 15 days of purchase.
- We offer an exchange for the wrong sizes delivered from our end. We also offer an exchange if the customer does not fit in their ordered sizes. In this case, the customer will have to pay 50% of the product's price for the new item and return the previous to the rider.
- Please return goods if the products are found damaged or defective at the time of delivery only.
- The customer needs to return the product via traceable delivery .i.e courier or registered post on his own expense to our provided address. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
- We only accept any unworn or unwashed product with original tags within 07 days of purchase for a return.
- The bank transfer fee will have to be bear by the customer.

1- You can send the parcel back from any courier company of your choice.
2- Please mention the order ID on the Packet at the time of delivery.
3- Products should be undamaged, unworn, and unwashed to be eligible for return.
4- Please send a parcel to our factory address - Plot-F284, Site area, Karachi
5- Please share the tracking number with us on Facebook or email so we can track your parcel.
6- For bank transfers, the customer will bear the deduction of bank charge.
7- Once we have received your parcel, we will ask for your easy paisa or jazz cash details, to process your refund.
8- The Transaction will be made in 15-20 working days from the date of the parcel received.
