The 'Cloudy All Day Pants' were received as advertised. The fabric quality is satisfactory. The stitching seems to be precise. Cut of the pants snugs well. The only improvement that could made would have to be the elastic waist band. Because of the elastic waist it becomes impossible to wear at a semi-formal occasion. If the pants had the conventional buckle and belt slings then maybe it could be more useful.
