Refund policy
Exchange:
We accept exchanges for unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 7 days of purchase. If the customer doesn't receive the ordered product, size, or color from the brand or the customer needs an exchange from their end, we will exchange it at no extra cost. Any sale item is not eligible for exchange.
Return:
For damaged or defective products received at delivery, please return them using a traceable delivery method (e.g., courier or registered post) at your own expense. Delivery charges are non-refundable. Returns are only accepted for unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 7 days of purchase. Any sale item is not eligible for return.
Refund:
Unfortunately, we don't offer any refunds. However, in the case where we won't be able to offer an exchange or any solution, we may offer a refund.
