Refund policy
Exchange:
We accept exchanges of products within 7 days of purchase with the original sales receipt if the product is defective or of an incorrect size. Articles must be unworn, unaltered, and tagged. Promotional merchandise is non-exchangeable.
Return:
Returns are only accepted for unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 7 days of purchase. Any sale item or item purchased as part of an offer is not eligible for return, and we do not accept returns for change of mind.
For damaged or defective products received at delivery, please return them using a traceable delivery method (e.g., courier or registered post) at your own expense. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Refund:
We don't refund orders. However, we do offer exchanges.
