Refund policy
Exchange:
We accept exchanges of products within 7 days of purchase with the original sales receipt if the product is defective or of an incorrect size. Articles must be unworn, unaltered, and tagged. Promotional merchandise is non-exchangeable.
Return:
Returns are only accepted for unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 7 days of purchase. Any sale item is not eligible for return.
For damaged or defective products received at delivery, please return them using a traceable delivery method (e.g., courier or registered post) at your own expense. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Refund:
We don't refund orders. However, we do offer exchanges.
