Customer Experience

This is the second time I have ordered a Mendeez product. The quality of the product is ok but the customer experience is pathetic. I have ordered on 9 nov and got the delivery on 3 dec.
I tried to contact so many time but didnt get any response.

Nice fitting but as usual the material is very thick.
Can't even relax in hot weather.
For winter it should be ok.
Should be Offered in 100% cotton.

I ordered one single jersey pajama which is very good of quality and exact size I ordered. But I also order a pack of two pajamas which is not ordered size. I ordered XL but received Large size. This type of errors make customers annoyed,
